Large and well organised and well maintained complex. Very kind and understanding people, who are also very competent. Pricing is quite reasonable as well if we go for the package plan.
Two important things to note:
1.The teacher teaches us the Yoga exercises in one lesson and it's in our hands to regularly do the exercises exactly as described/discussed in the lesson, before attending the next lesson.
2. From my understanding, trusting the Yoga process is very key, and results will come over time if we stay faithful and patient.
Best yoga centre in chennai. Offers both online and offline courses. Direct classes are best , Dedicated and learned faculty. Yoga Therapy is offered which is panacea for many life style disease .
A truly memorable experience for every yogi. The senior teachers we had for philosophy, asana, chanting, and meditation for our five-day course were exceptional. I have learned so much to take home for my yoga students. Thank you KYM. Until the next time.
A great institute propagating yoga system in its own way. The teachers are genuinely interested in solving people's problem.
I got severe right shoulder pain and i had done physiotherapy more than 10 times but virtually no relief.
I got recommended my colleague Mr. Siva, and immediately i made contact and joined the course under experienced yoga teacher.
First day class went with little relief and second class moderate relief and then comes the third class after 14 days working in yoga simpler exercises. It's unbelievable my right shoulder pain vanished and even my neck stiffness and forearm pain all gone. Ellam poyidhichi, now I am working as energetic as ever.

After exactly 60 days iam completely get rid off the shoulder and neck pain, simply saying KYM is doing marvelous service to humankind.
I had severe lower back pain and visited here. They started with a consultation followed by 4 visits and 1-1 class wherein they teach yoga based on your condition. The good thing is you don't have to go there everyday. They teach and we practice them at home every day and they also make sure and correct the postures of yoga in the follow up visit. Staffs are friendly and teach you yoga slowly to make sure we understand and do it correctly. They are very punctual in timing and appointment. I never had to wait for more than 5-10 min.
It has helped me a lot and and am recovering well and I recommend this program strongly if you have back pain.

Scheduling appointments seem pathetic! Had a very bitter experience. KYM being such a renowned centre, extremely disappointed with the way things were handled.

Absolutely serene and divine. Have been visiting for nearly 8 years now as a student and for my own consultation. Teachers are greatly committed and the expertise advice they provide is absolutely amazing. Pleasure to visit this Institution every time and I feel elated and blessed always.
